SCHEDULE A ROLL PICKUP

Service Description

Please indicate the date the roll(s) will be available for pickup. We will schedule your pick up as soon as our truck is in your area after the date you select. Once we receive your request, we will be in touch to get the details and let you know when we will be there. It is most helpful for you to have the following information ready: 1) Roll size (approximations work, we just need to plan bed space on the truck) 2) What do you call the roll? That way our paperwork will correspond - including the label we put on the roll 3) Do you want the roll recovered or reground? If you want us to regrind the roll, we need a minimum diameter you can accept. 4) When do you need the roll back? Our delivery is typically 3-4 weeks BUT if you need it sooner we can talk about that. There is typically a 20% expedite fee for any delivery promised quicker than our normal turnaround 5) Type of rubber you want us to use. If you don't know, we can test your roll when we receive it and match that compound. 6) Purchase Order number if possible.
